Decline in MMR in case of Rajasthan State of India for the period 2010-12 is by 67 points

According to Annual Health Survey, Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) in Rajasthan state, which stood at 331 per lakh of live births in year 2010-11, declined to 264 per lakh of live births in year 2011-12 i.e. by 67 points.  The same was 388 as seen through SRS in the years 2004-06.

Is it possible?  Probably, better and very effective implementation of the Central Scheme of Janani Suraksha Yojana might have made it possible.
