Front page headlines in a esteemed daily news paper of India : “East Delhi tops city in development: Census”

This has been reported by Times of India recently. The data tables presented in the daily cannot be easily accepted.  The information presented in the daily cannot be easily digested by  any one who is familiar with various Delhi districts.  On many indicators, Eastern Delhi can’t be better that Central and Southern Delhi.  

The said data was attempted from the official site of the Central Government.  The site was giving the information for most of the districts of India, but not for Delhi State.  It was stated that the information is yet to be finalized. The link for this data one may use is as below:

 Let us seek the data which is yet to be published by the Census Department of Central Government i.e. Office of Registrar General of India, Ministry of Home Affairs and then conclude.
