One may see that such
killings are going without problems to their parents. Uttar Pradesh is highly populated state in
India. Here, the mentioned killings/
abortions after seeing the ultra sound have been maximum in India and are
around 400 thousand i.e. about 30% of total such abortions in India for the
year 2011. The other states which are next
followers in this respect are Bihar and Rajasthan. Chhattishgarh is contributing the least out of these seven
states.
In these seven EAG states of
India, the population got reduced due to this killings/abortions by around 800
thousand and the same is about sixty percent in the total such reduction in whole
of India as it has been estimated in case of whole India as about 1.33
millions.
